Zabaleta was put through his paces along with the likes of Mark Noble and Cheikhou Kouyate as Slaven Bilic's side got their preparations for the new Premier League campaign underway.
The 32-year-old joined the 'hammers' on a free transfer after his Manchester City contract expired, ending a nine-year asoociation with City, during which time he played 333 times for the club.
West Ham will be hoping that the signing is more successful that the last experienced right-back they brought in, after Alvaro Arbeloa made just four appearances for the club last season before being released and subsequently retiring.
