Wolves were in need of just one point in order to clinch the Championship title, and they did so in impressive style with a 4-0 victory over the hosts.
Barry Douglas opened the scoring for the visitors at 16 minutes, before Benik Afobe latched onto Conor Coady's pass in order to double Wolves' lead heading into the second half.
Diojo Jota extended their lead at the 53-minute mark, before Karl Henry brought Afobe down, earning the visitors a penalty. Coady scored from the spot to claim the fourth goal of the match.
Coady's penalty in the second-half ensured that every regular outfield player in the Wolves squad has scored a goal in this campaign, before they are promoted to the Premier League next season.
