"As it's been the subject of a great deal of speculation. I'd like to announce that Ryan Sessegnon is staying with Fulham football club and will not be departing during this January transfew window," said Khan, who is also the club's director of football operations.
"Ryan is a very important part of the Fulham family, and we're grateful that he'll be with us as we fight to achieve promotion this season."
He didn't rule out a possible move in the summer for the England youngster, who reportedly could eclipse the £36m British record fee for a teenager set by Manchester United's acquisition of Anthony Martial in 2015.
The 'Red Devils' have shown the most interest in the 17-year-old with the left-back position causing a headache for Jose Mourinho this season. Meanwhile, Spurs will hope their track record of developing young English talent puts them in pole position for the U19 international's signature.
Sessegnon signed a new contract in June which still has two and a half years to run, leaving the 'Cottagers' in an ideal position to demand a premium when the time comes to sell the defender.
