The third-most expensive signing of all time is official. £145 million is the amount Barcelona have agreed with Liverpool.
It was Coutinho's long-term dream to join the Camp Nou outfit and it has finally been realised after Liverpool softened their stance in recent weeks.

The 25-year-old was left frustrated in the summer by the Reds' reluctance to let him move to La Liga, but he has finally completed the switch.
He will not be available to play in the Champions League but will prove useful in helping with Barcelona's La Liga title bid.
A statement from the Catalan club read: "FC Barcelona and Liverpool FC have reached an agreement for the transfer of Philippe Coutinho. The player will sign a contract for the remainder of the season and five more, and will have a buyout clause of 400 million euros.
In the next hours we will inform you of the details of the player's arrival and presentation."
