Just like the Argentine's first goal, Luis Suarez provided the assist, after the Uruguay international fed Messi on the edge of the box.
Messi, who had been on fire in the game up to that point, scoring one and assisting one, made it look simple from there.
He sped past Azpilicueta and the rest of the Chelsea defence, sprinting down the left side of the box, before hitting the ball through Thibaut Courtois' legs for the second time in the game.
His second of the game took his Champions League tally to 100, and made it 4-1 on aggregate in the tie, ending any Chelsea hopes of making it to the quarter finals.
