The team from Campania are looking to add two more former Arsenal players to their ranks, Samir Nasri and Alex Song. Both players are currently out of contract and the Italian press is reporting that the 'Witches' have made repeated advances for the two players.
'Calciomercato' reports that while both players are yet to sign a deal, they could be tempted following their old team mate's move last week.
Nasri twice won the Premier League with Manchester City but has been without a club since leaving Antalyaspor after only five months in Turkey. Song on the other hand negotiated his own release from Rubin Kazan after claiming they failed to pay his wages.
The Italian minnows are desperate for reinforcements in their bid to remain in Serie A, although at 13 points off safety with 15 games remaining it would take a minor miracle to stay up. Nonetheless, with a new television deal kicking in next season that promises a fairer distribution of the money to the teams lower in the table they are determined to do whatever it takes.
