Arthur has already agreed to join Barcelona, according to reports, but that hasn't stopped other teams from making a move for the midfielder. Gremio will wait for the most lucrative offer and the bidding is still open.
Several big clubs in Europe have shown interest, among whom is PSG. The Parisians have become a headache for Barcelona in recent times. After snatching Neymar away from the Camp Nou, they are also looking into the signing of the young Brazilian.
"Other clubs presented their bids but not officially. Arthur is highly followed. Barcelona contacted us to hold talks. But I think this player should not leave in the current window. Nothing stands in the way of a negotiation involving everybody," Gremio president Romildo Boza told 'Radio Grenal'.
Barcelona see huge potential in Arthur, a player who would fit straight into Ernesto Valverde's midfield. The Catalans were hoping to sign him for €25million but interest from other teams is threatening to increase said fee.
