The 22-year-old enjoyed an impressive start to his Manchester United career, starting United's first nine Premier League games before picking up a knee injury in the 4-0 defeat at Chelsea.
Bailly then returned to the starting line-up in the 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace, but left the field early in the second half with another injury.
However, he returned to fitness in time for the African Cup of Nations and started in the Ivory Coast's 0-0 draw with Togo. The defender now thinks that his injury problems are behind him.
"I'm fine,' he said. "The injury happened, but I have recovered physically and it feels good".
The former Villarreal man also said that he managed to watched Manchester United's 1-1 draw with arch rivals Liverpool, despite being away from the club.
"Yes, of course I watched it, with my friends," he told the 'Daily Mail'. "I have lots of friends in this team and we watched it together.
"It was good game and a very important point for us, equalising at the end of the match. It's good for the team".
