The French first division, Ligue 1, will be the first competition to get underway, with Monaco taking on Tolouse at 8:45 CET on Friday August 4.
The Portguese top-flight is the next out of the starting blocks, with Aves facing Sporting Lisbon on Sunday August 6.
Friday August 11 will see both the Premier League and the Dutch Eredivisie get underway with games between Arsenal and Leicester (20:45 CET) and ADO Den Haag and Utrecht (19:00 CET) respectively.
One week later, on the 18th, La Liga will kick into action as Leganes face Alaves (20:15 CET).
The Bundesliga starts up the very same day as Bayern Munich face Bayer Leverkusen (20:30 CET).
Finally, last but not least, Serie A will get underway on Saturday August 19 with a game between Juventus and Cagliari (18:00CET).
