The goals nominated include: Andrew Surman finishing off a well-worked team goal for Bournemouth against Norwich, Antonio Valencia firing home from range against Everton, Leroy Sane's smart finish against Crystal Palace and Fabian Delph's late curler against the same opponents.
There are a number from entries from players who are also up for the Player of the Month award, with Harry Kane's second goal against Huddersfield, Alvaro Morata's solo goal against Stoke and Kevin De Bruyne's winner against Chelsea also in the running.
Finally, Coutinho is also nominated for his stunning strike against Leicester.
