The end
Germany are through to the semi-finals after beating Cameroon. The Indomitable Lions put on a brave fight but could not overcome Germany. Demirbay opened the scoring before Werner got a double, despite Ter Stegen's howler giving the Africans a chance of getting back in the game.

Werner swivelled around in the box and went for his hat-trick but was denied by Ondoa who spread himself well.

Cameroon pull one back. Ngamaleu crosses from the right and Aboubakar gets his head to it, but it will go down as a Ter Stegen own goal as the Barca keeper fails to get hold of the ball that ends up in the net.

Mabouka was the one to catch Can, but the referee had to look at the replay twice before showing the defender the red card.
