Villar, his son Gorka and several other Spanish Football Federation officials were arrested on Tuesday as part of an on-going anti-corruption investigation.
As a result, the fixture draw for next season's La Liga has been delayed by 24 hours and will now take place on July 21.
The Spanish Football Federation postponed three days worth of meetings the officials were arrested during a raid on offices in Madrid.
The fixture draw was amongst the meetings that were cancelled, though the Federation has since announced that the draw will now take place on Friday.
