Howe is optimistic in bringing more new players to the squad, and the Bournemouth boss is now eyeing Leicester winger Demarai Gray.
So far, the English team have signed goalkeeper Asmir Begovic and defender Nathan Ake from Chelsea, as well as midfielder Connor Mahoney and striker Jermain Defoe on free transfers.
'I am happy with what we've got. We acted early in the market and are delighted with the players we signed', Howe said.
Bournemouth have already submitted a 20 million bid, which was rejected by Leicester as the offer does not match the club's valuation of the player.
