Barcelona notify Everton of their decision to re-sign Deulofeu

The same source also mentioned that the player's agent has also been informed. Barcelona will pay £10 million pounds for the club's academy product Deulofeu, before deciding if the 23-year-old will remain at the Camp Nou or if he will be on the move once again.
